What should I pay attention to when using epoxy resin AB glue?
Led package epoxy resin AB glue use precautions
Some common problems and solutions found in the process of using LED encapsulating epoxy resin AB are for your reference.
First, the LED yellow.
Reason:
1. The baking temperature is too high or the time is too long;
2, the proportion of the glue is wrong, A glue is more likely to yellow.
Solution:
1. AB glue is cured and demolded in 120-140 degrees / 30 minutes, and it is easy to yellow when it is baked for more than 150 degrees.
2. AB glue is cured and demolded at 120-130 degrees/30-40 minutes. If it is over 150 degrees or baked for a long time, it will yellow.
3. When making a large lamp holder, reduce the curing temperature.
Second, the LED bubble problem.
Reason:
1. Bubbles in the bowl: The bracket is poorly glued.
2, bracket bubble: curing temperature is too high, epoxy curing is too intense.
3, cracking rubber, bursting top: curing time is short, epoxy resin curing is not complete or uneven. AB glue is out of service time.
4, the surface of the lamp head bubble: epoxy glue is difficult to defoam or the user does not use enough vacuum, the glue time is too long.
Solution:
Improve process or contact epoxy supplier depending on usage.
Third, the LED package is short-baked and discolored after being baked.
Reason:
1. The stacking in the oven is too dense and the ventilation is poor.
2. The local temperature of the oven is too high.
3. There are other color pollutants in the oven.
Solution:
Improve ventilation. Remove the stain and confirm the actual temperature in the oven.
Fourth, the LED bracket is crawling.
Reason:
1. The surface of the bracket is uneven and produces capillary phenomenon.
2. AB glue contains volatile materials.
Solution:
Please contact the supplier.
5. The lamps on the same row of brackets have some coloring or gelling time, and the quality is uneven.
Reason:
Stirring is not sufficient.
Solution:
Stir well, especially at the corners of the container.
6, add the same batch of the same dose of toner, but the color of the product is not the same.
Reason:
The toner concentration is uneven; or the toner is precipitated.
Solution:
Warm the toner and mix well before using.
