Second, the typical use:
This series of products is a two-component product. It is suitable for insulation, heat conduction and waterproof of electric heating parts and circuit boards such as LED drive power supply, electronics and power supply modules. It has good electrical insulation, thermal conductivity and flame retardancy. This product is packaged in two parts, A and B. The component A is black/white/transparent viscous liquid, and the component B is black/white/transparent/light yellow translucent liquid. The A and B components are mixed in proportion. And fully stirred, you can potting. The product mixture has good fluidity, the cured product has good elasticity, and has excellent high and low temperature resistance. Third, use:
1. Metering: Accurately weigh A component and B component (curing agent).
2. Stirring: Add the B component to the vessel containing the A component and mix well.
3. Pouring: The evenly mixed compound is potted as soon as possible into the product to be potted.
4. Curing: The potted parts are cured at room temperature. After initial solidification, they can enter the next process. It takes 8 to 24 hours to fully cure. In summer, the temperature is high and the curing will be faster; in winter, the temperature will be lower and the curing will be slower.

1. The surface of the potted product must be cleaned before potting!
2. After storage for a long time, the filler in the glue will settle. Please mix and use it without affecting its performance.
3. Please strictly prepare the proportion of AB component according to the instructions!
4, the curing speed of the rubber has a certain relationship with the temperature, the temperature will be slower to cure slowly!
5, the rubber should be sealed and stored. The mixed compound should be used up at one time to avoid waste.
6. This product is non-dangerous, but do not enter the eyes and eyes. If it is accidentally splashed, rinse with plenty of water!
