Main use:
Thermal grease, also known as thermal grease, is a homogeneous paste-like substance prepared from a composite solid filler, a high-temperature synthetic oil, and a stabilizer and modifier. The color is white and gray. It is used for heat conduction between the heating element and the heat sink. The main advantage is that it is cheap in maintenance. Because it can wet the heat sink and the surface of the device well, it reduces the thermal resistance of the contact. All of its thermal resistance is small, suitable for large Heat dissipation from power devices. It needs to be applied evenly when used.

Note:
1. The thermal grease itself is an insulating medium, but since the applied layer is thin, it is difficult to avoid the contact of the solid bumps, and the place where the insulation is usually required cannot use the thermal grease
2. In order to obtain better contact performance, a certain tightening force is required for installation
3. When the thermal grease is used, there is silicone oil oozing out, which causes contamination of the silicone oil. If it is not suitable for the continuous electrical appliance with exposed contacts, it should be fully stirred before use.
